Supporting All Staff and Stakeholders to Thrive

Baasit Siddiqui is a keynote speaker, education consultant, author, and well-known TV personality from Channel 4’s BAFTA-winning series Gogglebox. This motivational keynote challenges the audience to reflect on the work they do and why it matters. Through interactive activities, the audience is encouraged to identify the moment they are most professionally proud of and articulate it in a way that will leave them empowered. As an experienced educator, Baasit recognises the challenges every day professional face in school and tackles these with empathy and respect. Staff will leave feeling truly valued.

Baasit facilitates an evening twilight or half-day INSET where school staff, parents and key stakeholders take part in a Projects to Thrive workshop.

A central school or MAT challenge or opportunity is identified in advance, and delegates are invited to explore solutions or ways to amplify impact. Working in groups, participants develop a concept for a TV show, podcast, app or short-form reel, using the session to reflect on effective pedagogical practice while empathising with the needs of their learners.

The session is fun, fast-paced and intentionally playful at times, striking the right balance between team-building and meaningful professional development.

New to 2026, Baasit invites digitally creative and curious educators to break down the various digital resources he has created through his Let’s Thrive school programme. Delegates will explore the use of a variety of AI apps, with a deep dive into Vibe Coding. The CPD will provide delegates with the tools and creative space to plan, design and prototype AI resources bespoke to the needs of their school, trust and students.

Baasit has worked with multiple schools, colleges, Universities and businesses across the education sector to support various events. Whether it is an award or conference, Baasit has experience in hosting a variety of events and does so with a blend of humour, warmth, and respect for the education ecosystem.
