Recognise - Celebrate - Amplify - Thrive

Every learner, every member of staff and every education community is doing their best to thrive every day. This deserves to be recognised and celebrated.

Proud to Thrive in Practice

Explore the Ways you can Work With Baasit Below

The Let’s Thrive motivational assembly can be adapted and delivered to learners of all ages. Whether your students need a boost before exams, support regarding transition, exploring connections between education and careers, there is something for everyone. Proud to Thrive blends Baasits experience in television and business, with key messages linked to leveraging opportunity, valuing your support network, recognising bias and developing a solution focussed mindset. The Proud to Thrive Assembly has been adapted to be engaging, insightful but fun. The Assembly concludes with a call to action, for learners to reflect upon and articulate their own successes through The Passport to Thrive

If your learners have worked through either The Passport to Thrive reflections, or shared their Project to Thrive entries, then they deserve to be celebrated. You can arrange for Baasit to deliver an in person celebratory assembly explaining the key strengths of a Thriving Learner, before inviting learners to the stage to receive a certificate. As well as this, Baasit will discuss with adults, learners who have gone above and beyond meeting the 7C’s and they will receive a rare ‘Let’s Thrive Champion’ medal. Only 7 medals per school are given out, which is a testament to the efforts of learners who receive it.

The Projects to Thrive workshops can be delivered by your staff or through in person support. However, many of the projects were inspired by bespoke workshops for various educational partners Baasit has worked with in the past. Leverage his near two decades experience working with multiple schools, Universities, and businesses to create a relevant, current, and impactful workshop.

Examples of bespoke workshops include:

Author Reading and Career Exploration – Linked to Mr Siddiqui’s Curious Careers book series.

Books on the Box – Learners create an AI story, take on the role of editor to make it better and then promote through an exciting, ‘movie’ style trailer.

Mind Movies Motivational Workshop – Learners brainstorm their future goals and create an inspiring video reel personal to them.

Cyber Careers Assembly and Workshop – An Interactive assembly exploring careers, risks and opportunities linked to Cyber Security.
